If you haven't closed on the plot yet, we can check its planning classification before you sign. That way you avoid buying land that turns out not to allow the house you have in mind.

    Massing, layout and orientation for you to approve before we move into construction detail.

  3. Project and permit

    Stamped technical documentation and processing of the municipal building permit.

    Site management with regular visits and progress reports, and a single point of contact throughout the build.

  5. Handover

    Final completion certificate, first-occupation licence and as-built documentation.

Can I build on any plot on the Costa del Sol?
It depends on the plot's planning classification and the local zoning plan in force. Before you buy or start the project, we carry out a feasibility study that confirms buildable area, maximum footprint and permitted height.
How long does a building permit take in Marbella?
It varies by town hall and project complexity. We give you a realistic estimate after the feasibility study, and we actively follow up the file while it's being processed.
Are you also the building contractor?
No, we are not a building contractor. We design the project and supervise the works, and we can also take on the project management; the works are carried out by the builder you choose.
