This legal notice governs the use of the website www.mtrarquitectura.com (the "website"), owned by the person identified in section 1, who practises under the trade name MTR Arquitectura & Urbanismo. Browsing the website implies acceptance of the terms set out here.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The content of the website — text, images, design, code and logo — is owned by MTR Arquitectura & Urbanismo or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected under intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorisation is prohibited.

The project images and visualisations published on this site are the work of the studio and carry its mark and authorship details. They may not be copied, altered or published by third parties, nor presented as their own work or that of another studio, without the prior written authorisation of MTR Arquitectura & Urbanismo.

4. Personal data protection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD):

• Purpose: to handle requests for information, quotes or inspections submitted through the contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp and, where applicable, the professional relationship that follows. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions with your data.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box on the form. If the request leads to an engagement, the basis is the performance of that contract or steps taken at your request before entering into it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@mtrarquitectura.com, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Retention: if the request does not lead to a professional relationship, the data is deleted within 12 months at most. If it becomes an engagement, it is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the legally required periods (tax, professional liability and building warranty periods).
• Recipients: data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. The web hosting and email provider (Hostinger), with servers in the European Union, has access to it as a data processor, solely to provide its service. Some of Hostinger's sub-processors may process data outside the European Economic Area; in those cases, transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
• Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, which you can exercise by writing to info@mtrarquitectura.com with the reference "Data protection".
• Complaints: if you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
• Minors: the website is not aimed at children under 14, who should not submit their data without the consent of their parents or guardians.
• Security: we apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. The website uses an SSL certificate, so form data is transmitted encrypted.
